Jeff has been facilitating 1031 exchanges since 2003 and practicing law since 1987. He was among the first to receive the Certified Exchange Specialist™ (CES) designation and remains the first CES in the South Puget Sound area. His legal background provides clients with an added layer of expertise and security.

Exchange Coordinator
Cheri serves as Exchange Coordinator, ensuring smooth communication and timely processing of all exchange documentation. Her attention to detail and client-focused approach helps guide clients through every step of their 1031 exchange.
